I run a comprehensive 8 week course in which you fully explore Mindfulness & learn how to cope with stress and anxiety relating to everyday life & also larger challenges that you may experience. You will learn how to control your conscious & subconscious mind, You will be given techniques to help you sleep better, increase confidence, tune into your guidance system and take control of your life. 
 
Mindfulness is the practice of bringing your attention to the present moment with full acceptance and non-judgement so that you can experience a deep sense of peace, even amidst chaos.  
 
During this 8 week mindfulness course you will train yourself to live in the present moment, control the levels of stress, anxiety, worry etc. that you experience & learn to see the beauty that is all around you. Mindfulness is training for our minds. It takes time and patience, and the more effort put into it, the greater the result.
